Mini-Ditka vs. polar bear in a game of chess. Gorilla's got next. Who comes out alive?

The polar bear and the gorilla weren't trained by Ditka, right?
8 x 200 all out ( meaning try for the least possible time for the workout) is proabaly a doable workout, may even try this sometime and report back. Not sure which would be a better training stimulus though. the mile you are at anaerobic pace longer, but you can run the 200s faster. Gorilla vs polar bear probably depends on if it's a judged contest, and wether the contest is synchronized swim or synch gymnastics

It didn't help us that much, did it?

Are polar bears and gorillas even capable of using weapons?

ahh..I believe both of them come with weapons installed....more so the polar bear - teeth and claws...seems like the animal is weaponized IMHO

It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.
