Does anyone know if there is any updates in this new model, or was strictly a colour change? I've been quite happy with my XIII and am reluctant to change. In fact, I've just ordered two new pair online. Would be interested to hear any review concerning the IX.

Me too. I actually like my VII's better than my VIII's. I found my VII's had much better cushioning for me.
