>General Running>Merry Christmas! How far you running today?
The Irreverent Reverand
About to head out on a 6 mile tempo run, with a few miles to warm up and cool down. How far you going today?
Blessings to you this day!
Just got back from my first tempo run of the season, and felt great. 10.5 miles in all, 6 at goal pace. 27° with a little bit of wind.
Hope y'all have had good runs and a good day!

Pretty clever there what you did with your route. Do you do that all the time, or just on the holidays? Blessings!
1 mile with the hairy one.
Merry Christmas RA peeps.
This is very cool! Thanks for sharing.
10.1 miles of "real running" for me. Froze my junk due to westerly winds that made 19 degrees seem like -9. I'm going back to fake running on a treadmill starting tomorrow.
