Just got back from my first tempo run of the season, and felt great. 10.5 miles in all, 6 at goal pace. 27° with a little bit of wind.

5 1/2 this includes running down to track & doing 2x1600 plan was 3x1600 but running partner late & after an easy mile together got ride back up hill & home. I know wimped out on the last interval
Ran 4.4 miles with DH. Sunny and 58 degrees out. Hope everyone is having a great Christmas.

10.1 miles of "real running" for me. Froze my junk due to westerly winds that made 19 degrees seem like -9. I'm going back to fake running on a treadmill starting tomorrow.
