Is there a way to map your easy runs to determine mileage without creating a new course? I'm not always sure of the distance I've run, yet I run somewhat random routes on easy days, so it wouldn't be worth it to create a new course.
Thanks a bunch, I love the site. |

I just quickly draw up a map only, without putting anuy other details, I make note of the mileage and close it out w/o saving. Then I log my riun using a map called 'Around the neighborhood' and enter the mileage manually based on the route I measured out. Hope this hellps

Yes. Under tools, just map a course without saving.
Here is the quick link - http://runningahead.com/tools/map |
