I use a local place that does good custom work and gives me a reasonable price.

That only works if they ship.

we used gfxp the last 2 years. they were great.

My tip is delegate the entire task.

Also, after a few years of ordering online, we went very local last year, paid a little more, had some issues with delivery (the shirts showed up 45 minutes before the race, after half the runners had checked in, but whatevs), but felt better about ourselves.  And anyways who cares our race is just an excuse to drink beer in the park until the wee hours on the third Thursday of July.
