For those who like jumping cats (Read 544 times)

I've seen cats jumping on to the top of my backyard fence all the time, so the height didn't surprise me, but the Michael-Jordan-like move is kind of cool

That's pretty cool. Our cat would just stand under the toy and yell until we got it down for her.

Must be a gray tabby thing.  Our youngest cat used to have a crazy vertical leap -- at least 6' (our house is old and most rooms have ceilings of 7' or less...he'd smack things hanging only about a foot from the ceiling).  He's the most athletic cat we've ever had.  He really didn't slow down much until this year...as he neared 5.  He's really fattened-up fast, though.

We had a Bengal cat that used to like to sit on the top of open doors. He would jump straight up from the ground and make himself comfortable.

Careful...jumping cats...you know who is going to start posting.

If you mention t-rexs, he will definitely post.

By the way, search "parkour cat" in youtube and you get some pretty cool stuff.
