Great Race for me (Read 74 times)

I ran in a local 5 mile race yesterday, I was predicting around 47 to 50 min completion time based on what I have been running.  I completed the 5 mile in 43:16.7 (unofficial 5k of 25:50) both times are my new PB for said distances.
