            Trent, that's awesome! Some of those answers had me totally LOL! Big grin I especially liked your one about the doc's question re: what kind of exercise you're doing. I have a follow-up with my PCP in a couple of weeks to see how my new allergy meds are doing. I was eating like a hog the last time I was in, since my mom was here and we were pretty much throwing all caution to the wind with food (and booze), so I know my weight will be down this time. I don't recall if I told him I had started running. He's very athletic (I'd guess he's in his 50s, but he snowboards with his teenage son and my DH has biked alongside him on one occasion). k

              ... when you *need* to pile on the miles the weeks before heading into heart surgery. I know someone that did that... Crazy runners.
                we you go through running shoes so quickly, in order to salvage some use out of them, you give the non-girly ones to your 11yo son...who now has 3 pairs. Roll eyes

                      ...when you HAVE to keep up with laundry so that you will always have clean running clothes to wear (either that or you start considering selling your firstborn in an effort to afford enough running clothes to not have to do running laundry quite as often). k
