Donna - sorry, I'd written a reply but when I hit "post" it vanished.
Looking at your log my first guess would be that it's your body reacting to all the biking you've been giving it lately. Having your bike adjustments just a tiny bit off can give you aches and pains in strange areas. Did you get fitted at a professional shop?
I get aches and pains in and above my ankles when I'm running anything with an incline. I believe for my case that it's just a matter of not being conditioned for the work. I try to take it easy when including new stresses into my workouts. I'm especially prone to problems when I put inclines on the treadmill...
