Male or female? I have a great suit from Athleta. Swim shorts and a swim top. I've run in it several times.

are you talking about a competition type suit? Or something a little looser? For competition style look at the men's Speedo Jammer.

Something baggier look at board shorts, most of the time they won't have any liner.
