I ran over 1000 miles this year. December was my highest mileage month ever. I finally found a running shoe that I can put over 500 miles on. What a way to end 2009. Bring on 2010!

5k - 23:30

10k - 49:00

Half - 1:56:56

Full - 4:01:28
