I am a little over 600 days now.....it started as run every day for a year....then every day in 2010...then...well just haven't found a good enough reason to not run on any particular day. Two weeks after the Boston marathon I am taking my two children (7 and 5) camping with just me (Mom staying home) for *two* nights. During that weekend I will not be able to run on Saturday (no one to watch kids). My streak will end....I am looking forward to it.

Not really at some point it goes from an accomplishment to an accomplishment AND a monkey on your back. I have never wanted to end it just because "I don't feel like running", but the trip gives me the chance to kill it in good conscience for a good reason. Family >> Running.
