Wow! What a High! havent done any LSD in years and had forgotten how amazing it feels.
Had been doing too much fast stuuf and had been picking up injuries but thanks to some advice in these forums I decided to do a slow fat burning run. I might have gone a little slower but never felt strained. I done 11.1miles in 1:21:30... about 7:20 pace. Been high since and couldnt wait to get logging my run. Cant wait for the next one.

That picture of a troll in your profile isn't coincidental, is it?
