Good Bad & The Monkey
I'm running somewhere tomorrow. It's going to be beautiful. I can't wait.

Still, the question persists: Do prosthetic legs simply level the playing field for Pistorius, compensating for his disability, or do they give him an inequitable edge via what some call techno-doping?

It's an interesting quesiton. I'm amazed he is able to run those times with prosthetic legs, especially for the 100. It just seems like to run that fast in the 100 requires so much explosion from the lower legs that the prosthetics must be providing some kind of aid, but that is not at all a scientific opinion and probably based more upon my own biases. It sounds like more study is needed.
Your toughness is made up of equal parts persistence and experience. You don't so much outrun your opponents as outlast and outsmart them, and the toughest opponent of all is the one inside your head." - Joe Henderson
