Good guess Ilene although, I have never participated in doing this. I usually put whiney things in my comments about what body part hurt me in my run. Waaaaaaaa! Cry

I'm impressed. These logs make you all look like a pretty dedicated bunch. Hope you don't mind the company of a casual runner. You can find me shuffling along most mornings with no race goals or PRs to report. Nevertheless, I'll make my log public just to be neighborly. Please be kind. (Once upon a time, I ran a few races. Anyone remember the "Volkslauf", or some similar name, in Tustin, CA? That race was a riot. I ran it in '89 wearing canvas shorts, cotton shirt, and original Nike Airs. Those were the days).
