"New Equipment" Problem (Read 198 times)

I just got a new pair of running shoes but I am having trouble entering them under "New Equipment." Every time I hit save after entering all the information an error message saying "Unknown Exception" comes up at the top of the screen in red. I have done this before with several other shoes (including one pair that is the exact same model: Lady Isaac Guidance Trainers by Newton) and have never had this problem. Also, it won't let me select a shoe size from the drop down menu.

FYI: I use Safari 5 on Mac OS X
