How do I set up my cross training activites in my log ?  |

On the training log page in the upper left, it says "New run entry". Click on the arrow next to that, and you will see a drop down menu with other typical cross-training activities (cycling, swimming, strength, elliptical, etc.) |

If you want cross training other than elliptical, biking and swiiming, you can add your own too:
Click Options, then My Log Preferences, then Other Workout types.
MTA: Nevermind, I see you already figured that out. Guess that would make this a dumb answer  |
