Body Fat (Read 1011 times)

Just to throw my 2 cents in, I've read several articles about using a series of body measurements (height, weight, neck, waist and hip) to get an indication of your body composition.  These measurements put into a formula to calculate your approximate BMI:

Holy cow!  How often are you getting your body fat accurately measured?

I have one of those scales that provides a measurement. I really don't know just how accurate it is, but it provides a consistent approach to measurement.

I can't get over it...you guys seriously want to mark down your "body fat %" with every workout?   Confused

Who mentioned notating it with every workout?

I would simply like the option to do so.
