Been getting some pain in my ankle, appears to be the peroneal tendon - a dull pain starting at the ankle bone and up by about 4 inches. Have tried to rest as much as possible and to support it if I can. Just wondered if anyone had any stretches or exercises that would help me strengthen the area up and get me back running before the end of the year.
