1. just Click the insert Pic Icon (3rd from right on top row ... looks like Mtn/sunset).

2. Popup box ... cut and paste that jpg url.

3. Hit OK ... Bam!

MTA --

Photo needs to be on public/non restricted site. Find the photo, right click to get properties, cut jpg url and then copy as above.
