FWIW, all of a sudden this afternoon my log set itself to metric. Miles were km's, and the weather displayed in degrees C. (I didn't know it did that! Cool!)
If this happened to anyone else, you can switch it back by going to Options --> Locale Settings --> Default Unit System.

| huh... I have no idea why your units flipped. Are you sure you didn't set it yourself and forgot? Please tell me this is the case. |

Not entirely impossible...
It's not bugging me, but I thought it might have been related to something you'd just uploaded and so more people might be having the same issue.
By the way, my log looks much more impressive in kilometers!  |
