early morning sick? (Read 473 times)

    I am fine running any time during the day, but it seems that my early AM post nasal drip makes me gag and sick on the 6 AM runs. Anyone have an idea why?

      Morning sickness. Talk about setting yourself up...

          Or have a baby.  Either one.

            Are you eating or drinking anything before your early run?  Sometimes certain things on an empty stomach can cause nausea.

             

            Proofread carefully to see if you any words out.

              PND is nausea inducing on an empty stomach for me as well.
