FAO eric: Login problem (Read 600 times)

Eric My wife has just tried to change her email address and update her account login as as we've just got married only problem is something has gone wrong and she now can't log in using either address. She doesn't want to lose all of her courses records etc by starting a new account, is there anything that can be done to get her back in again? Yours hopefully Nigel

Hi Nigel, She probably has a typo in her email address. Please send me an email via the feedback page and include her old and new email address and I'll see if I can find and restore her account. eric Smile
