Did the innaugural Reach the Beach Massachusetts (Wachusett to Westport) and it was fantastic. Same organization that does the NH one and it was extremely well done. The weather cooperated - especially considering each of the previous 6 days all had had a steady rain at some point.. A lot of fog at night but not much precipitation overall.
I said it when I did NH two spetembers ago and Ill say it agin: if you get a chance to gather agroup and do one of these, i highly recommend it.
FYI - the winners covered the 201 miles in a just-under-6-minutes-per-mile pace. Im betting nearly every other team had more laughs than they did.

I did it as well. I was really impressed with how smoothly it went for it being the inaugural race. Our team had no issues at all. Great job by the organizers!
We surprised ourselves with how well we ran: 25:10 (7:30/mi), 9th place overall and 4th in the mixed open division. We went in with no expectations (I told my teammate we had "no chance" of placing), but everyone ran hard and had fun. I'm really proud of our team.
