      122.47, 2nd full month after colon cancer surgery, I say it's a win.

       

      Well it's hard to compete with that.  Good for you.  VERY good for you.

       

      I set a goal of 300 and fell 16.2 short.  Of course I was also traveling half of the month and missed 8 days of running, so I think it was pretty good.

       

      Next month, 400.  Go big or go home.

      2013 goals:  Kick some arse.  Moreso than 2012.

          188.52 for me, YTD 1925.63, the most for a year ever by almost 700 miles with one month to go.

            Marathon taper and recovery cut my miles down to 164.9 for the month.

             

            2,320.9 mi for the year.

                  Im down abit last 2 months because of recently diagnosed medical issue but got in a mostly slow/frustrating 124.  41st consecutive month of 100 miles or more.  far below my 200+ mpm during middle months of last year.
