I remember this video -- it was entertaining.
It's a 5k. It hurt like hell...then I tried to pick it up. The end.

That's some funny s#!t. I am a novice triathloner and runner but I can relate. Not all due to training, but because I start work at 4:30 am and my job includes training.

There is some great writing in that video. I would rather see it be performed by two live people with facial and vocal expressions .
