I know I can be a little slow sometimes but I don't know how to use this - i.e. how do I post a schedule so I know what my upcoming weeks are supposed to look like?

You need to create a training plan. Once you do that you can select for it to show you the scheduled workouts on your log or you can look at the calendar as well.

Did you set up a training plan? Once you have done that, you can add the Scheduled workouts widget.
Nope I did not set up a training plan.
Thanks. I'll look at that. Right now I have my plan on a google excel doc.
