RW is Nobby? I would go with his plan if I were a plan buyer. I have never stayed with a plan. So, it would be senseless to buy one. Hobby's advise did prevent me from over-training!

I bought one! Maybe shelling out the bucks will get my hubby home to watch our little ones Wink I thought it would at least be worth a try!
