    Oh dear, look at me now. After 16 days off with ITBS, I have gotten back into it a bit fast....Tuesday eve 8K, Thursday eve 5K, Friday AM 10K and Saturday AM 10K. Someone wasn't following his plan of easing back into running inckuding a max of low mileage on alternating days! Now I am feeling a little sore in my other knee. After spending so much time working on the right knee, I have neglected the left one. So now I will need to rest a few days and work on this one! Arrrrghhh! Black eye
      So frustrating, Dave! Rest up and I hope your knee(s) feel better soon. (btw, love the picture in your profile -- lovely family!)
