I'm not even a real gadget geek but sometimes it's fun to see the charts of your runs. Here is a graph of speed vs. distance (with elevation) of this mornings 10-miler with 4-mile tempo run:

I LOVE my Garmin for that!!! Great chart! You maintained a good pace for your tempo! Question for you: is splitting the distance into 3 (I guess warmup, tempo and cooldown) equal parts the right way to do it? I thought the tempo part should be longer??
2nd Half-marathon on June 9th... Hope to beat my first time of 2:07:04!!!
