Our Y recently got 2 cardio wave machines...has anyone tried these? If so, what was your opinion? It looks like the workout you would get from roller blading.

we have one. it's very good but hard workout. different from running but great for the butt. good cross training

I felt like I was on the stepper on this thing and was roller blading or ice skating, I didn't like it as I couldn't get any rhythm going with it. The only good thing was it felt kinda like a cross country ski machine in its action which might be good for VO2max!
