Cramping (Read 540 times)

    Got some serious cramping in my calves after a 20 mile. Any advice??

        Hi there. High 5 Zero Carbs Electrolyte tablets are great, you could also try coconut water to help with hydratation lots of articles on it at the moment as it contians all the right electrolytes too but for me it tastes nasty. Also to help prevent cramps look at your diet are you getting all the reight essential fatty acids Omega 3, 6 and 9 add some omega seed mix to your diet to help boast that. I used to suffer really badly with cramps but since I introduced the omega seed mix to a yogurt maybe 5g twice a day and the electrolyte tablets when I trained I don't get them at all now.
