My son introduced me to your site today and I think it is really great. I am wondering if there is a place to record your diet and sleep amounts and if not, could it be added? Thanks,

Currently you can record sleep under the "New Health Note" option. There's enough room there you could theoretically put in a note about diet too, though it's not specifically designed for that.
