Eric, I've been out of the loop regarding new developments on the website due to an invitation to go to Iraq that I couldn't refuse, but I’m now home in one piece and seeking to improve my 1 mile time.
I previously asked about interval workout templates (I doubt that I used this term) and understood that you would be considering this in a subsequent enhancement.
But just to recap. The situation is that I do 2-3 different track workouts each week, and each of those I do for about 8-10 wks before changing to a new workout. Building a new workout with 16 or more reps and just as many rests 3 times a week is very time consuming. Is there a way by which I can create a template for a particular workout (intervals, recoveries & rests) and then bring it up each week and just alter the times, and occasionally the distances?
Could you add 'barefoot' as a shoe type? Cheers, Steve

Steve, The next version of the log, which I'm working now, should (will?) have workout templates. I'm pretty sure that's what you're looking for. It'll be a couple of more months before its ready because I'm making a lot of changes under the hood. It fixes a lot of the issues regarding cross training and equipment tracking as well.
