>Health and Nutrition>Scar tissue bottom of foot
Not sure if this is the right forum for this...sorry if it is not. So I just had a good sized mole excised from the bottom of my foot (near the toes)...and my doctor said that a risk of the surgery is that I could develop scar tissue that never quite goes away and is painful to walk on. I asked if there was anything I could do to help prevent that...she did not know. Any runners out there have had foot surgery and dealt with this? Any tips? I am not running right now (obviously) but would like to continue running down the road and hoping to not have to deal with pain of scar tissue.
