>Cross Training>Anyone do TRX at home?
I'm a fan of TRX because I do see results and it seems to work out an array of muscle groups, and for me who had limited core strength, it has been a big help. I was under the impression that it was designed specifically to use at home or in a smaller space, so I see no reason why you can't do it at home. I myself go to a TRX class in a gym, but I found this on Instructables for creating your own: http://www.instructables.com/id/Home-Made-TRX-bodyweight-suspended-training-syste/. Hope this helps.
