I wish we had more hills (call me crazy, wouldn't be the first time).
When you're on your deathbed, you won't be wishing that you'd spent more time at the office. But you will be wishing that you'd spent more time running. Because if you had, you wouldn't be on your deathbed.

I actually contemplated trying a long jump after the running, but fortunately, sanity returned at that moment and I went home
the goal was to keep the total accumulated time over the 3 intervals under the 1000 meter world record, which I believe was 2:12 at the time.
You know, if I were a world-class runner, I'd specialize in distances that almost no one races (like the 1000m, for example). That way , if I set a record, it would have a better chance of lasting a long time
