Hi there,
I posted as a newbie a while back and got some great tips. I'm happy to report I no longer have knee, foot or any kind of pain....thanks to a new pair of shoes and slowing my runs down. I'm on week 5 of my 1/2 marathon training for the La Jolla half and feel really good. YAY! So, a big thank you to all of you who posted on my 'so so new' thread and gave me support and tips.

In my rush to enter some runs on the training log I put the wrong distance (ha! 11 miles in my dreams!!)...I checked FAQ and didn't find the answer and also searched high and low for an edit/modify button...can someone tell me how to edit my run entry? THANKS!!

Go to your training log, then to "workouts." Click on the little pencil icon. That's the "edit" button and will let you decrease your over-impressive mileage.
