Bottle Opener
I just went to look at some year of year reports and noticed that starting about 1 year ago all my workouts are logged twice. I'm sure this is something that happened when I moved all my data over from the RW log. Maybe a year ago I imported my data and did it again just a few weeks ago and didn't remember doing it the first time a year ago?
Is there anyway to remove the dupilcates manually or would I have to delete them one at a time? I suppose I could also just wipe out everything (is that possible?) and reimport everything from runners world then manually add the last 2 weeks of runs since I made the switch.

The duplicates started at around July last year. I tried to delete them but the process is too complicated and I rather not risk any errors. If you have the original data files, I can delete all workouts within the duplicated date range and then you can re-import the data. How does that sound?
Yes I can get all the files still from RW, but I don't think I can export a date range from them. I imagine I'll have to go into the .xml file and the tab file and delete out all the more recent data so that doesn't duplicate as well?
Here's how we can do it.
Make sense?
OK sounds good.
Can you verify that the duplicates started from Jan 24, 2003 to July 22, 2011 before I go deleting? Thanks!
That looks right althought here is a lot of blank space from 2003 until 2008... but it is actually nonrunning blank space.
Ok. Go ahead and import your data.
why can't things ever be easy... trying to upload both the zip files but everytime I hit upload it just deletes the path to the xml zip file and leaves that field blank. I had a problem the first time I imported it but then I was getting an error message.
I've imported your data. Double check that the date ranges do not overlap to produce duplicates. You can then click the "Save All" to move them into your log.
