Yep, looking forward to it. Just a little concerned about the really scratchy throat I woke up with. Hope that passes before I want to go out.

I bet the next person prefers morning runs. Wink

I prefer running when it's not too hot or too cold. In the Winter this means afternoon runs, but this Summer I'm going to try to be done with my runs as early as possible.

I'll bet the next person has no motivation today, but needs to go run at least 8 miles... Black eye

Motivated, already ran, though I only did 5 due to time constraints but I have my last Sunday run before Marathon tomorrow. 6 miles easy, 6 miles @ race pace.

IBTNP (New! acronym for I bet the next person : ) is having pre race jitters.
The Marathon itself, is the victory lap.
The real marathon is the training you do to get there.

Nope...next race is still 2 weeks away.

IBTNP has no clue what to eat for supper...sounds like random leftovers on the menu.

Hmm , nope. Not a chocolate kinda guy. I sure do love a cold beer though, especially when I earned it! Smile

I'll guess that the subsequent poster is happy that they have a sedentary job,so they can rest from all the running they're doing. Tongue

False. I hate sitting all day. Maybe I wouldn't mind if I could get myself out of this rut and start running more.

I bet the next person is looking forward to a shore vacation coming up in the next month!

Partly true. I am looking forward to a shore vacation…but it’s not until Labor Day weekend. That’s when we go to Virginia Beach to run the VB RnR half marathon.

I bet the next person forgot to bring in their healthy lunch this morning and has to go out for a not so healthy lunch.
    running/weight goals for 2008…

    1) Get to 200 lbs by the end of October…and stay there
    2) Get below 15% body fat (currently at 25%)
    3) Complete my first duathlon in 1:15:00 (completed, with an actual time of 1:15:27)
    4) Break 25 minutes in a 5k (current PR 26:58)
    5) Break two hours in a half marathon (current PR 2:05:09)
    6) Run 1,250 miles for the year

Nope. It's holiday Monday in Canada. No one in my house went to work.

I bet the next person is looking forward to payday.

Nope...I have 2 almost new pair, one with 100 miles to go before retirement, and 2 discontinued pair NIB that I picked-up in case I didn't like their replacement.

IBTNP ran at least 10 miles today.

Nope, but I did get a pretty new boot to wear today to help my stress fracture heal. Smile

IBTNP ate a Turtle Sundae tonight to celebrate the diagnosis, finally, and treatment of a stress fractured leg. Big grin
