    Links that start with http://www.runningahead.com/... are internal. This includes logs. Others, such as www.cnn.com are external. These should certainly be in a new window. I am happy with either for internal.

      I'm going to go with a new window for all links. Otherwise, people would be confused and we'll still have the same problem.
