Old , Ugly and slow
Today I ran 2 miles. First run in 5 weeks.
I knee feels ok. Legs sore but not pain.
Should I run tommorrow or run every other day for a while
pr's 5k 20.08, 5 mile 31:20, 10k 41.19 all done in the 80's
2013 goals 1500 1000 miles , 190 pounds get to 100 miles a month or more and stay there
Depends on you how you feel tomorrow.........when I come back from an injury (or surgery back in April) I try to go ever day but usually start with one mile for a few days and take it from there.......
If it feels OK I'd say go again tomorrow.......
Champions are made when no one is watching
Cross train tomorrow or go for a walk. Consider today a stress and allow a day for recovery. Better to be cautious. It doesn't look like you were a daily runner before the injury.
