Ganglion cyst... (Read 467 times)

All - I've got a self diagnosed one on top of my foot (coincidentally it's about 1 inch from where I had one two years ago so i'm not guessing as much as I could be!)...IF it's a cyst, the swelling went down pretty quickly from Sunday to Tuesday...and I'd rather not go through the surgery if I don't have to (took way too long to build up mileage again etc etc). Any experiences, successes, suggestions (and yes if it happens again and swelling doesn't go down I will seek real medical advice ) lisa k
