In Providence, drivers would speed up and aim at you if they were within 2 blocks of you. I really miss Providence! Glad you are OK Zoomy! Great reminder to all of us to remember to be safe and watch out for those who dont watch out for us!
You just have to assume that drivers are oblivious, incompetent, clueless, and drunk.
