I disagree! It's true that "coastal" running is more humid (as is running in Nebraska in the summer, which I've done a couple of times.) Running at sea level whether coastal or not, makes breathing so much easier. Sea level is more humid = makes more sweat, but working hard at altitudes of over 7000ft is equally, if not harder work.
