One day at a time
Today, I logged my 3,000th mile on RA. For a person who swore she would never run, it's pretty amazing. I will always be slow, but I'm much healthier. My BP was 112/64 last week! I am thankful for Eric, the LLR women, and all the other RA posters who have encouraged me along the way.
Congratulations Teresa! You're Amazing!!!
Don't make excuses for why you can't get it done.
Focus on all the reasons why you must make it happen.

Woo hoo! Great job Teresa!!!!
Bring it on.
Very proud of you! I got to witness your determination firsthand in St. Louis when you completed the half marathon that you had no intention of running!
Out there running since dinosaurs roamed the earth
Congratulations!

As part of the 2024 London Marathon, I am fundraising for VICTA, a charity that helps blind and visually impaired children. My mentor while in law school, Jim K (a blind attorney), has been a huge inspiration and an example of courage and perseverance. Please consider donating.
