I'm a newer runner (logged my first run May 08). I crossed 3,000 miles today at mile 11.2 of my run. Fun stuff.

The oil change part is easy. Putting on the new filter is what hurts.

I always thought it was the tire rotation that hurt the most.

It's the checking the oil level part I never liked.

If you switch to synthetic you can get 15,000 miles out of the old girl...
