A slow-moving phoenix...
Anyone ever tried this and/or got your own inversion table? I am a long-term back-pain sufferer but most of the time I can run fine. Apart from at the moment (reoccurrence of a slipped disc).
I've never tried inversion but I hear some people swear by it.
I would be interested to know what experiences others have.
If life was really like a box of chocolates, mine would be over very quickly.

Just came across this post. I've never tried the inversion table but have been able to control my lower back issues with tips from a book called "Back Rx" by Vijay Vad as well as doing hot Yoga classes led by a qualified instructor.
