Workout "type" question (Read 651 times)

    Is it possible add an additional workout type?

      Yep. Go to Options --> My Log Preferences --> click on "other workouts" and you'll see a bunch of boxes with colored squares next to them. Type your workout type in there. When you go to put in a workout, use the drop-down arrow next to "New Run Entry" and select your new workout type!

          Hmmm, I added the 'other' workouts but they don't show up in the dropdown list for me next to new run entry. Sad I'm trying to add my core / ab workout, Nordic Track XC ski machine, stair master, etc.
